Babysitters

Over two years ago, my Loramie group of friends decided that we would get together to celebrate our birthday's, gossip and just catch up on each others lives. I told Bruce a week ago that he would have to stay home on Friday the 17th since that is when we were getting together to celebrate Susan's (March 27th), Audrey's (April 10th) and mine. When I talked to Bruce on my way home from work Friday night, I discover that conned his Mom into coming over and watching the boys until 9:00-10:00. I was the designated driver that night since I couldn't drink and when I drove past our house at 11:30 and seen Bruce's Mom still at our house I was upset. He can't even stay home to watch the boys and then he can't get home on time. So I called his cell and told him that it is time for him to get home. He had all kind of excuses like the fact that he lost track of time to the fact that our favorite aunt & uncle were in Al's.

On Saturday night we had card club, so we had another babysitter. Our babysitter Megan has a best friend that babysits for Gehret's so they kind of make plans to meet up when they are both watching our kids. This week they meet up at the park together. I was glad that she was willing to take them as Nathan has been asking to go to the park for weeks now. She is good with the boys and they really seem to like her so hopefully she can continue to babysit for a while yet.
