Bruce and I ordered a new king size bed two days before New Years Eve. It came in last Friday, so Bruce went and picked it up. We put the new bed in our room on Saturday. We now have our old mattress in the garage which means that Bruce cannot park in the garage any longer. In the almost week since we have had the bed, I have not woke up with lower back pain so the new bed is soooo worth it. If you sit on it, it is pretty firm and maybe a bit uncomfortable, but is great to sleep on.
That same week, our old tube style TV loses the sound. We don't want to spend the money for a new TV right now, so we decide to get my Grandma's old TV that has been sitting in her garage. That means that we have to move the huge entertainment center that houses the TV, DVD player, VCR, DVD's, books and VHS tapes. I didn't realize that entertainment center held that much until I pulled it all out.
Between all the bed moving, TV moving and entertainment center moving, I am glad that we have a neighbor across the street that provides a strong back to help. Bruce is less likely to yell at him than me. This also helped the neighbor out as he got a new bedroom suite for his daughter's, so guess who had to help with that. I'll give you one guess and I will tell you that it wasn't me!!!
