Nathan'isms

Kids really do say the darnedest things. Nathan has had two good ones this past week.

Sunday night when I was giving Justin a bath, Nathan comes into the bathroom and says he has to poop. He sits down and then farts. I said, "I heard that fart Nathan." Nathan said, "It was only air coming out of my butt Mom. A fart stinks." Say what???

Monday night I wasn't feeling well and I had a headache so once I got Justin to sleep, I let Bruce deal with getting Nathan and Darren to bed. Of course they are a challenge to get to bed every evening. Nathan must have told Bruce that he wasn't tired, and he wasn't going to sleep. Bruce told him to just lay down, close your eyes and watch TV. Nathan said, "If my eyes are closed how am I supposed to watch TV?"
