Which side?

Yesterday, we had the annual Sunday Thanksgiving dinner at Walkup. Nathan was looking around and he asked me who owned the building. I explained that MaryLou's husband Ken owns part of the building with a bunch of other guys. Nathan then looks at me and asks "which side of the building does he own?" He was completely serious. I laughed and told him that when a bunch of people own a building together, no one owns "a side." I don't think that he really understood, but he ran off to play with his daycare buddies.

Kids really do say the darnedest things....
