Work "restructuring"

We had our layoffs late Thursday afternoon, and were told what everyone else had to sacrifice on Friday. We "laid off" Kevin, a service technician, and Angie, the inside parts girl. All hourly employees had to take a reduction in work hours while salary employees had to take a 7% pay cut. That stinks, but what are you going to do?
