I meet my Mom at the doctor's office on Wednesday so that Darren could get his four year check-up. He has gained a whopping three pounds in one year. Last year he weighed in at 32 lbs and on Wednesday he is at a fighting weight of 35lbs which puts him in the 45% percentile for weight. What? How do I have a kid that is that skinny? He needs 3T jeans for the length, but about 18 months for the waist size. Darren and Justin could really almost share clothes never mind that they are 2 1/2 years apart. He was 41 1/2" tall which places him in the 75% percentile for height which is pretty good.
I did ask the doctor about these flesh colored bumps that Darren has on various spots over his body as well as Nathan. He said that they were caused by a virus, and that they would go away on their own in 6 months to 2 years. The doctor also explained that the bumps are harmless and they are not sure what causes the virus that causes the bumps. Hopefully some of these bumps will start disappearing in the near future.

Both Julia and Jude have those bumps. It is called Molliscium. They can be burnt off, or use Compound W on them, but if they are not bothering him, it is best to just leave them alone. Julia's got really bad about a year ago, but now have almost totally gone away. Jude has numerous of them right now. You can pop them and get a hard, pussy core out of them and then they will go away, but we only do that if they get really big.
